How Much Home Can I Afford?  If you are not sure, ask your REALTOR® or talk to a lender. You may want to be pre-qualified or pre-approved. If you are new to the area  your REALTOR® may be able to recommend a reputable lender.

Make Your Wish List. Focus on the features you would like in your new home: Number of bedrooms, baths, size of home, fireplace, fenced yard etc.  make a Need List of the features you need or must have .
